By accessing or utilizing the XYZ Capital platform and subscribing to our automated trading algorithms, you acknowledge and agree that foreign exchange, indices, commodities, and derivatives trading involve substantial risk of capital loss. Our tools are software automation tools and do not constitute financial advice.
Platform Scope & Algorithmic Services
XYZ Capital provides a cloud-based algorithmic signal automation platform that connects quantitative strategy signals to user-designated MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) terminals via custom Expert Advisors (EAs). Users retain sole authority over their account credentials, broker selection, lot sizing configurations, and risk settings.
Comprehensive Risk Disclosure
Financial instrument trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance of any XYZ Capital algorithmic strategy, whether backtested or live, does not guarantee future results.
- You should only trade with risk capital that you can afford to lose without impacting your financial livelihood.
- Market conditions, unexpected macroeconomic announcements, liquidity droughts, and slippage can impact order fills.
- Users are responsible for setting appropriate maximum lot caps and risk guardrails within their subscription settings.
Algorithmic Execution & Latency Disclaimer
While XYZ Capital maintains enterprise-grade co-located infrastructure designed for sub-second trade execution, signal relay depends on multiple external factors including your broker's MetaTrader server latency, internet connectivity, and hardware availability. XYZ Capital is not liable for slippage, requotes, or execution differences caused by broker-side delays.
Account Security & Credentials
Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, API keys, and MetaTrader terminal endpoints. Never share your webhook secrets or account access tokens with unauthorized parties. XYZ Capital staff will never ask for your broker account master password.
Subscriptions & Complimentary Access
Access to XYZ Capital automated strategies is granted via paid memberships or approved complimentary demo periods.
- Paid subscriptions renew on a monthly or quarterly term according to your active plan tier.
- Complimentary demo access is non-transferable and may be revoked or modified at our discretion.
- Digital service fees and cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable once automation services are deployed.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall XYZ Capital, its founders, engineers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential trading losses or lost profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, our algorithmic software, webhook endpoints, or strategy signals.
